INGREDIENTS Ham squares:
1 sheet of puff pastry cheese slices Ham slices Sesame seeds
Tomato squares:
1 sheet of puff pastry grated cheese tomato sauce salt olive oil Oregano poppy seeds
METHOD
For the squares of ham:
Place several slices of cheese and ham on half of the puff pastry.
Fold and place on a baking sheet.
For the tomato squares:
Mix the tomato sauce with the olive oil and add a little salt.
Spread the sauce over half of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
Fold the puff pastry and place it on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix the egg with the olive oil and brush the two sheets of puff pastry.
Add sesame in one half and poppy seeds in the other. Cut into small squares.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Use scissors to divide the squares.
