Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup strong black coffee, cooled
1 cup buttermilk
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 Tablespoon milk
2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Directions:
-Take the sugar, baking soda, flour, cocoa, and the salt, putting it all into a boxing bowl that’s got a way to be mixed, either manually or by a machine.
-Put the coffee, eggs, the oil, buttermilk, and the vanilla together, beating this for a couple of minutes to make a very thin batter.
-Put this evenly into a cake pan, making sure that all of the bubbles get eliminated with this baking pan.
-Once it’s ready, you should have your oven preheated to 3250, and then, you can bake this for 40 minutes at that heat, or until it looks nice and dark!
-As this bakes, get all of the ingredients for the frosting, and then, mix this with either a stand or a hand mixer that blends it together.
-Once everything is properly mixed, you can then put this all over the top of the cake in order to coat all of this together
-This type of cake is something that’s really like magic. A lot of people enjoy this one, and it’s a nice cake that you’ll love to eat.
